• Hi,
we are currently using your plugin “Popups for Divi [Version 3.0.3 ]” with gravity form plugin Version 2.5.9.
The version of Divi theme is also running with recent Version 4.10.4

but with recent version of gravity form, the gravity form is not working within the POPUP. the same is working fine with the older version of gravity form plugin. please suggest us the solution to run gravity form within the Popup.

    Thank you in Advance!

  • I might be having the same issue.. what symptoms do you see? In your case, how does the form “not work”? Does it not load, or do you have issues on submit?

    Hello @anoopsaini,

    Apologize for the inconvenience!

We had some issues with the previous version due to the recent Divi theme update. However, the issues were fixed and the latest update (3.0.5) is available for download. You are requested to please update the plugin and check for any issues.

Feel free to get back to me, in-case of any query.

    Regards,
    Syed

I’m experiencing this problem as well (Popups for Divi 3.0.3, Gravity Forms 2.5.10, and Divi 4.10.8 ) but the latest version of Popups for Divi in the repository is version 3.0.3. Where can I download version 3.0.5 with the fix?

    Hello @grntrmd1800,

Thanks for reporting that issue! This week, we’ve received numerous reports of that update issue already. We’ll check and fix this asap.

Meanwhile, you can manually update the plugin by downloading the latest zip archive at divimode.com/account and uploading that zip file via the “wp-admin | Plugins | Add New” page. You do not need to uninstall the current plugin, but directly upload the new version. You will not lose any data during that manual update.

Of course, if you can wait a few days, you can also update the plugin once we’ve addressed the issue with our update server.

I’m so sorry for this inconvenience! Please reach out, if there’s anything else I can help with.

    Regards,
    Syed

Hey Syed, thanks for the quick response! Unfortunately, I do not have a divimode.com account – I’m using the free version, Popups for Divi which I obtained from the WordPress repository. It’s this plugin where I’m experiencing the issue and it looks like it’s still on version 3.0.3 in the repository.

    Hello @grntrmd1800,

You can always download the free latest version from the website and can follow the steps mentioned in the above message.

    Regards,
    Syed

I think perhaps I’m not understanding. I was able to register for an account on divimode.com by using a password reset link on your login page and clicking “register” (there is nowhere else to register for a free account on your website and I have never purchased any plugins from you).

When I get to the account page, it tells me “You did not purchase a membership or plugin yet.” and there are no download links. The rest of the page is empty.

Also, all links for Popups for Divi take me to WordPress plugin repository page. I am unable to find any download links anywhere under the ‘Account’ page or any of its tabs.

    Hi @ausyed,

We’re having the same issue. I also register on the site but I can’t find any links to download 3.0.5 version. Is there any workaround for this to download?

@grntrmd1800, have you find any fixes on this?
    Thanks mate.

@macoy313 no, haven’t found a fix and haven’t heard back from the author regarding download links so I’ve stopped using the plugin on my sites, unfortunately. I’ve found other instances where things like the Video Slider module displays a bit wonky in the popup too.
