Stopped counting

Stat Counter had stopped working about a month ago and I had gone through the steps you recommended like having the widget installed onto the theme and also have the latest version but nothing seems to work. Even deactivating the software and activating doesn’t seem to help. I want to know if the information from last month is gone. Thank you.
