I have several contact forms that send emails to 7 different email addresses. It was working fine but suddenly 6 of the people stopped receiving the emails. I’m the only one still receiving emails when the form is filled out. My email address is the only one that is not from the domain so I don’t know if this has anything to do with it.

I moved the website to a new hosting account right around the same time that the emails stopped coming so I don’t know if this has anything to do with it.

I have tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin with no luck. I’ve also created a new form to test out and no luck.

@jlhoffman77 if you’re on cPanel, check email delivery (see how here) for the failed addresses.

If you’re not technical enough for this, ask your (new) hosting provider to help.

Thanks Gal. I tried doing that but nothing shows up. We do used cPanel, however the email account is through Gmail. Should I check there instead?

Yes I am sending TO a Gmail address and using Google Apps for Business as my email server.

@luke I got the plugin installed but it looks like I need the client’s login to Gmail which I’m working on getting. Hopefully this fixes my problem. Thanks!
