Stopped receiving submissions

  • I don’t know exactly when this started happening, the last email I have a record of is 4/29/19. I did a server recovery on my staging environment, unfortunately, it only goes back to 5/7 – so I couldn’t load the configuration of the last known confirmed send. The test I sent from the 5/7 config, I did not receive.

    I’ve changed nothing and suddenly I’m not getting anything. Things are being stored in Flamingo, but every time I migrate from dev from WPEngine, I wipe out that database. So I’m in a bit of a pickle.

  • I tested your form & it sent as expected.

    Did you receive an email from [email protected]?

    If not it’s likely your CF7 emails are being rejected as spam somewhere.

    See If You Have Email Problems – most people that work carefully through this list of email sending issues are able to solve their particular problems.

    Hi Neil.

    No, I did not receive that message. It is in Flamingo tho. I will go through that page when time allots and let you know.
