    The problem is this: I’ll type an email, select the group that I’m sending it too and click send. As usual, it gives me the notices that says that the “email has been sent to XX users,” but it is never received by anyone, including myself. I also tried to send it just to my email as an individual and that didn’t work either. Something is broken and I don’t know where to start trouble shooting. Any help would be appreciated.

    This started Thursday.

    If this started on Thursday, that means something must have changed. Have you added any plugins or made any other changes around the time it stopped working?

    WordPress was updated to 4.1.1 around that time, but I haven’t been able to verify the exact date. Trying to gain access via FTP to see that now.

    It looks like WordPress and plugins were upgraded on Fri 2/20 and the issues started Thur 2/19, so not due to a plugin or core upgrade.

    That isn’t much to go on. I would start by enabling debug mode and verifying that the email is constructed correctly with the recipients as you would expect.
