    I also noticed that it is working on my staging website but not on live website. I believe it is assuming my staging as my main website?

    Sorry, it is really difficult to say what is wrong with your website based on the pieces of information that you provide.

    As I requested earlier, it would be really helpful to see a video illustrating the problem. If you are concerned about sharing the video on a public forum, please hide any sensitive information on the video.

    Also, please provide:

    – a system report for your website (WooCommerce -> Status -> System Status)
    – a screenshot of the Diagnostics screen (Reviews -> Diagnostics)
