    They released an update at week ago that may have broken it again. This happened a few months ago as well.

    Hi there,

    The plugin have been tested with the latest version of WordPress. We didn’t have anybody else reporting this. I believe some other reason is causing this.

    Have you installed other plugins recently, it sounds very much like a plugin conflict. Could you try deactivating/reactivating them one by one to see if it solves the issue?

    @theriz I believe this is not related. A few month ago, we changed our framework for security/compatibility reasons, this is why some users had issues. Most of them could upgrade with no problem though, we’d made a short script that would make sure the data would be kept.

    Hope this help. If you need anything, please submit a ticket to our support system. We give answers within a day. Here on WordPress it takes much longer because we don’t receive notifications.

    not sure, why did you mark this topic as resolved? i deactivated all plugins but no luck.
