Stopped working

I installed the Widgets for Amazon Reviews plugin in a separate WordPress instance (subfolder) on my website for testing and it worked for a while. When I installed it at the root level of my website it never worked.

For several days this is all I see:

Your reviews are downloading in the background.This can take up to a few hours depending on the load and platform.
In the meantime, you can setup your widget with a few example reviews.

I reinstalled the plugin several times as well as re-created it from the troubleshooting tab, but nothing works. Here’s some server info. that may be relevant.
