    Until a week ago was working fine, now only shows the shortcode on our website. When I go into admin the instagram feeds settings page is missing. I have to deactivate and then reactivate the plugin. Once that is done, the feeds then only show half of the posts, even after reconnecting, clearing caches etc. When I wait and check the site again the next day only the shortcode is showing again, so have to repeat the whole process. Basically something has broken with this plugin, so we have disabled it.

    Can you please verify that you are using our latest version? This would be version 1.6.3. If you are on any other version, please update your plugin.

    If you’re already on version 1.6.3 and the problem persists, please download the error logs by navigating to Instagram Feeds > Settings > Tools. On this page, click on “Download Logs” under Error Logs section and send them to us. This will provide us with a better understanding of the issue you’re facing.
