    Stopped Working After Update / Says Still Updating Database after 2 days

    Hi, I updated my version two days ago. My vendors now only see my site header (but small and condensed) and that’s all. When I login as them, I see the same thing. Here is ss, rest of page is just grey

    It has been saying it’s updating the db and when I click for status, it doesn’t tell me anything else.

    Hello,

    Same here, except that today it reached 100% but the banner never disapear.
    Also, on Products admin page I no longer can see all products. I only see my products, I think there is an issue here too.

    Update: I rolled back to 2.4.9 which was my previous working version and it’s still showing same as in screenshot in original post and I still have the same update database notice.

    Can I check which version you are on? If you haven’t yet, please update to 2.4.9.2 (and if you have Pro also update to 1.8.9.1)

    It only let me update to 2.4.9.3 (not .2 as you wrote) and the vendor page still looks the same as the OP.

    It has been hours now and the latest check on the db update says this, (which is more than I was ever told with the previous version)

    Hi @eftcolumbus,

    The version 2.4.9.3 is the latest version but can you please do a quick re-install? There are cases where updates can go bad and certain functions don’t work as intended. You can download the .zip file here: https://we.tl/t-Bl5tK9pUix

    If you are unsure how, please read here: How to install a WordPress plugin from a ZIP file | WordPress Plugin (wonderplugin.com)

    When you re-install the plugin a prompt for the database update should show. Please run it again.

    If you the database progress is still 0, please go to Woocommerce > Status > Scheduled Events and check the pending/failed. See if you have any events related to WC Vendors/Woocommerc and run it

    Ok I did the reinstall from file you provided, but vendor still sees same as screenshot in OP.

    It did finally update all the records took well over an hour, and it now says:
    Finished processing all orders
    100%
    (and the blue bar is full)

    And this notice is still on all dashboard pages despite it saying it is finished

    Still same result when logging in as vendor, but that last bit about

    is no longer there. But the Finished processing all orders/100%/full blue bar is still there. Doesn’t change what vendors see on login though.
