Stopped working after update to 4.6

How exactly are you only using the plugin on mobile or tablet devices?
Can you provide an example of the shortcode or roll-your-own method you are using along with a full description of the mobile/desktop targeting method you are using?

Also check the plugin settings and make sure that the plugin is loading the required files on all pages.

We have fully tested the plugin with 4.6 and have had no issues, but if you have found one, we’ll get it fixed immediately!

Graphene uses any mobile switcher plug in to target mobile devices with [mobile-exclude], [/mobile-exclude] & [mobile only], [/mobile-only]

As i said, this has worked like a dream for two years. I wondered if something had changed in the default collapse settings in the update, or I had something set which has gone, which I am not remembering or noticing?

So to be clear, you are using a plugin called Any Mobile Switcher… is it this plugin?
We’ll have to take a closer look at this issue by first identifying the exact plugin you have installed.

Exactly that one, yes.

It uses shortcodes to deliver different content to respective devices.

I use a child theme with graphene theme as my base. They use/recommend this plug-in for their theme.

As I said before, collapse-o-matic has worked perfectly with this and all my plug-ins for 2 years+.

We have installed and activated both the Graphene theme and the Any Mobile Theme Switcher plugin. However, neither includes the [mobile-exclude] & [mobile only] shortcodes.

Update: It seems you are using a different Graphene theme.

You also need the graphene neo mobile helper plug-in and graphene shortcodes plug-in.

I have not pm’ed you yet as my dev site is playing up after a database update. You could therefore only test things on the live site.
