Stopped working again and breaks pages

Hi,

This plugin has been a bit temperamental for me recently. Sometimes it works just how I want it and then, without changing anything it stops working. The latest issue is that it seems to be doing something to my Gallery formatting: https://istudyenglishonline.com/basic-beginner-vocabulary/pets-animals/

Before, this gallery was formatted correctly, as per the gallery settings (3 photos in a row etc). However, when I added the Hoversound code to the page, this all changed. What’s more, I am no longer able to edit basic layout options on the page. I can’t be sure this is due to the plugin, but the problem started at the same time, so I can only assume that it’s part of the same issue.

Has anything been changed in this plugin recently? Is there any chance of an update/revision to make sure it’s compatible with the latest WP version? Would love to implement the use of this plugin site wide, as it’s a great tool.
