Stopped working on my site

  • Your brilliant plugin has been working great for ages. The best free plugin with all the functionality. However, it has recently just stopped working probably within the last few months. Feature images no longer appear, and the tracks do not play. It is reading as not tested with my version of WordPress. Help. I’ve tried to use some other plugins but they all just don’t have exactly the things I need.

    I’m no expert, but did you have a chance to disable one of each of your other plug-ins at a time to see if that makes a difference? It’s not uncommon for a random plug-in update to cause conflicts with another plug-in. It can be time-consuming but that’s one of the first things support teams will usually recommend when troubleshooting plug-ins.

    Wordpress has upgraded jquery version and a number of old plugins are not working correctly

    Try using Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin and set the version to legacy jquery in the settings

    This is a temp fix and you should notify and request plugin authors to update
