Stopped working on update

I updated the plugin and suddenly the bot does not work when not logged in – it does not connect to watson. I have not added new plugins since the last request for support. In the debug console I get “error Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()”. Logged in it’s fine. I do not have the protect password plugin. Any ideas? Tx.
