Stopped working since the latest update

  • Hi, I’ve been using this plugin for around 6 months now and it suddenly just stopped connecting. Could this be because of the new updates or it’s not compatible with my other plugins? Hope you can help me resolve this as I really like this plugin, it’s helpful.

    I am looking to install this plugin to my website. But what stopped me was the message on plugin page “Tested up to: 4.7.10”. My WordPress version is 4.9.5 and the plugin is not tested for that version. I am just curious about any crash or issue I may face if I install it, as the version is not tested.
    Require your suggestion on this.
    Shall I go ahead with the current version of plugin or should wait for it to get tested on latest WP version.
