Stopping the email from sending

Hello. Nice plugin!

One question, however I realize this might be a Contact Form 7 question. Is there a way for the form not to send an email (to the admin) when someone fills out the form but still collect it in the Email-Before-Download CSV file? Basically, I don’t want the email notification that someone submitted the form, I just want their info collected in the Email-Before-Download CSV file that I can download at a later date.

I was thinking of just routing the email to a non-working email address. But wanted to check if there is another way.
