stopps working after theme update

    i updated my theme to the current version. i use the twentyeleven theme. i also use this plugin (custom post types). before updating the theme, everything still worked. in my posts/pages i use the cft shortcode in order to display a template, which i created. after updating the theme twentyeleven to the current version, everything stops working, i.e. the posts are not rendered anymore according to the defined template…

    can someone help? did someone else experience problems with the custom field template shortcodes (+ templates) in combination with theme updates?
