Stops w3 Total Cache from rewriting CDL urls

    I’ve been using the lite version of OR for weeks now and just realized that my rewrite links to my Content Delivery network were no longer being rewritten. I’m using the w3 Total Cache plugin with Amazon S3 and CloudFront setup as a push CDN.

    As soon as I disable OR my CDN rewrites continue, when I enable it again, they stop.
