Stops Working After ONE Gallery

    I downloaded the free version to trial. I decided that if the plug-in worked well I would invest in the pro version so I could use the extended options. After uploading one single gallery, I was able to add one additional photo and then the plug in stopped working. I couldn’t add more images to the existing gallery or create a new gallery. Having to learn the features took a while, and wasn’t worth doing for a product that stops working immediately. This is also a two-step process. You have to create the gallery and then create a page to insert the gallery into. There are better FREE plug ins that work with the existing wordpress gallery (WP Canvas – Gallery) that allow you to build a gallery directly onto a page – a one step process. This other plug is also comes with all of the features that are only part of the paid version of this plug-in.

    @aimeelee,

    We have not received any support requests from you. We have not limitations on adding galleries. You can add as many galleries as necessary. Maybe you have server limitations on your side which doesn’t allow adding more images. But Photo Gallery is not the one to blame for that. You can insert Photo Gallery to an existing page, you don’t need to create a separate page for this. Our tour is just helping you out with a new page, but this is not the case. We have various free options not available with other galleries, maybe other galleries have other free features, which is a standard case for most of plugin developers. Thus I will have to kindly ask you to provide us more details to resolve your issue or to check out with your hosting provider about the limitations.
