Storage Optimization Stuck at Fixed Values

    Apart from my previously mentioned issue – another one is that the storage optimization shows same values regardless of how many times we optimize images

    Even after sending image optimizations a few times and recalculating the storage – the values remain the same.

    How many images did you have? Did you get any PHP error when calculating?

    The CSS on the button also seems a bit off when you click it ( this I tested on two diff website)

    Atm, I don’t think the optimization is automated either – the settings are proper as per the documentation, but still, something seems off.
    There are also some images that aren’t optimizing

    From the report, we saw you have lots of fetch errors. That will stop the cron to run. You need to reset it before proceeding.

    If the storage optimization stuck, it might be caused by some PHP errors. If you can tail server error log it may help.

    Any private email we can share said logs to?
    and it really is stuck like you said and pulls same image batch and loop.

    We might need some helping hand on this one
    The storage optimisation is stuck on same stats as well
