    I’ve been getting a store connection error for quite some time now. I was hoping it going to be fixed, thus I just waited. But it doesn’t look like…

    When I set up a connection in the Android app and press “test” it says “store connection error”. I can’t see any product, customers or orders.

    However, when a new order is placed in my shop, I get a notification on the Android app. Thus, the connection seems to work somehow…

    I’d really get this thing to work again. It used to be such a great app!

    I’m using version 1.2.3 of the MA Connector plugin. And the latest version of all plugins (e.g. WooCommerce), themes etc.

    Giving my admin credentials to somebody I don’t know isn’t really my favorite thing to do…

    What about you posting the top three reasons why connections don’t work according to your experience? I’d try to investigate on those first myself.

    Is there any logfile I could send to you?

    First we should indicate that we guarantee the security of details our clients provide. We are on the market for more than 10 years and value our reputation.
    In any case, as you have requested, we provide you the possible reasons of connection issue you have:
    – your hosting adds javascript to the server response
    – app gets wrong content-type in response from server
    – you use cloud proxy
    Since we do not have this specific information about your server, we can’t provide you the workable solution. If possible, you can provide us Mobile Assistant QR code via email [email protected] so we could investigate your case.
