Store do not disconnect with user

BTW I followed the instructions from

At the end the post states that “once removing Ryviu plugin from your store, all reviews will be disabled and all connections and Ryviu code included in your store will be removed”, but that didn’t happened.

Found API key in WooCommerce, also deleted and the store does not disconnect.
