Store Exporter Deluxe package is not exporting product variables

    Hi there,

    Just recently purchased this plugin with the hope that the plugin will be able to provide the function to export order information onto Excel (or equivalent document). It appears to be the same as the free version.

    Due to the nature of our business model, customers will order products with a variety of variants like size, initials, name, kit number etc. We need the plugin to export order info of all orders into usable file. SO that we can process the order correctly. After installing the plugin and following the simple guides, nothing seems to have changed. Can you help?
