    Hello.

Have you installed any other plugins recently or maybe made some changes to your WordPress site in general?

Also, could you, please, post a link to your site store page?

    Thank you.

    Hi Marvin,

Thanks for your response. No new plugins have been installed as far as I am aware.

    The URL is

    Thanks ??

The problem is that the main ecwid script is not included on the page. At a glance I can think of two possible reasons for it:
    1) There is some kind of javascript optimisation plugin in your site that has cut the ecwid script inclusion. Do you have such plugins?
Most of these plugins have a feature of adding scripts to a special list that is not affected by those procedures. So, If that is the case, then, please, add Ecwid script to that plugin exceptions. Adding “app.ecwid.com/script.js” could be enough, however, if the full form is required, then it will be “//app.ecwid.com/script.js?<STORE ID>”, where <STORE ID> is your Ecwid Store ID.
    2) The store page content does not have [ecwid_script] shortcode now. It could be occasionally deleted, for example. Could you, please, check the store page content?
If that is the case, then, please, put [ecwid_script] shortcode before other ecwid shortcodes, it should solve the issue.

    Thank you for your reply.

I have checked with the site owner and no new plugins have been installed, although I know we have updated this plugin recently.

The store page itself hasn’t changed and still has the following in it:-

<!-- Ecwid code. Please do not remove this line otherwise your Ecwid shopping cart will not work properly. --> [ecwid_script] [ecwid_minicart] [ecwid_searchbox] [ecwid_categories] [ecwid_productbrowser] <!-- Ecwid code end -->

    Hi.

I have just checked that store page, and Ecwid works fine there now. Looks like the problem is solved. Could you, please, let us know, how was it solved? Was it something to do with the optimize press plugin settings or maybe some other plugin? This information could help us to investigate such problems in future.

    Thank you.

    I didn’t do anything at all, I haven’t touched it the whole time…. strange…

As far as I can see, the problem is back. Most likely the problem is that some other plugin or theme is changing page contents, because there were no changes to Ecwid plugin. Further investigation requires some sensitive details that are probably better not to be posted on public forum. Please, drop me a line to [ email redacted ], and we’ll proceed with the issue investigation by email.

Oh, the Ecwid store is working again. Was something changed within last hour or two? Could you, please, describe, what changes were applied?
    Thank you.

…And its not working again. I suggest we continue our discussion on the matter by email as noted before.
