• First of all, your plugin is wonderful! I had a really easy time setting it up and everything, besides this one TINY bug, is functioning perfectly.

However, I do have one problem. This only happens when I make a NEW search for a location, meaning that the map starts at the initial zoom level on a freshly refreshed page. When I search a location, and have stores pop up on the map and click one of those stores, the shadow behind the store information does not render correctly. If I zoom in, or change the position of the map that fixes the shadow, but initially it doesn’t work. I’m using Firefox 18.0.2 so I don’t think browser compatibility is my problem.

    Here’s my website: https://tiltscooters.com/x/resources/shoplocator/

Thanks a bunch and keep up the work. $50 is a steal for the functionality this adds to my website

I see what you mean. Happens on Chrome as well and on my live site at https://www.verynearhere.com/ – I’ll investigate and see if I can get that out in 3.8.19 this week.

You fixed it! You’re awesome. I’ll be buying the enhanced search results extension today.

Edit: Shoot, I do have one more question.

I heavily edited the .css file to make the “Clean Simply White” theme match as close to the rest of my website as possible, however, during the newest update that .css file was replaced. It wasn’t a big deal, I was able to replicate the changes easily, however I realized I didn’t want to do that every time. I’ve now backed up the updated .css file so I can easily replace it on each update, but that also seems a bit redundant. Then I adding all the changes I made to the custom .css field that you’ve included in the SLP admin interface, however, that only changes the stlying on undefined css elements. By that, I mean that if I add a border or padding to something with no border/padding before, or if I add styling to a div that had no styling before, than it works. However, if the div already had a border or padding, then by putting that into the custom .css field, it did NOT override the .css and displayed what was already defined in the provided .css file.

Basically what I’m asking is there any way you can change it so the custom .css field overrides what was previously definied in the .css file?

    Thanks,
    Conor

Edit #2: I just purchased the wrong add-on. I purchased the Enhanced Search instead of the Enhanced Results, any way I can get a refund/switch the purchases?

1 – upload your modified CSS with a different file name and change the header comments to match. This should be saved to /wp-upload/slp/themes on each update.

    See this:
    https://www.charlestonsw.com/support/documentation/store-locator-plus/pro-pack-add-on/themes-custom-css/

2 – Absolutely no problem with refunds. Send me the order # and either your PayPal transaction ID OR *paypal* email address via this form:

My license & refund policy is very liberal. You don’t like anything for any reason, just tell me within 30 days and I’ll send the refund within a few days (usually within minutes, but I am not always glued to the computer).
