    Our store is not connecting with the newsletter custom created by constant contact. Everytime we click the connect store button it takes us to www.ads-software.com to download the plugin again. After several attempts deactivating, downloading the plugin, and reinstalling we still do not have a fix to this issue. We contacted constant contact and have been waiting for about a month and some change for a solution.

    Waiting patiently, please advise.

    When trying to connect, are you ending up at a URL like https://shoppingcart.constantcontact.com/auth/woocommerce/WhoDis?storeDomain= with the intended domain appended to the end?

    The screen would show a quick thank you message, and a checkbox for you to check to agree to contacting contacts imported from WooCommerce, and then both a “Sign In” and “Create an account” buttons.

    Trying to determine which step may be sending you back to www.ads-software.com.

    No.

    Nonetheless, when we first established this account this feature was working (side note). Now when going into “integrations” and selecting “connect store” we are redirected to the www.ads-software.com url.

    Are these steps you’re outlining above being done in constantcontact.com? Or from your WordPress admin dashboard?

    Asking because the plugin itself doesn’t do any redirects, but that constant contact admin panel may.

    What steps, if any, have you taken to try and connect the account from your WP area?
