    Hi,

You mentioned that the customizer has been edited.

Just to be sure, you did go to WooCommerce > Store Notice tab under the customizer and disable that?

I asked because the class for the store notice is definitely the Store Notice from WooCommerce.

Can you please double check that the setting was saved? Maybe it did not actually save?

Great job checking caching. Did you clear all caching, including server side?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

    That is very strange.

The next step would be to rule out a conflict.

On a duplicate site if you can, if not please make a complete backup and then disable all the plugins and switch to a default theme like Storefront or Twenty Nineteen and see if the notice goes away.

    Thank you.

@shaneeckert’s suggestion would be the best one if you are looking to source out and fully solve the trouble. You may choose to create a Staging site, and do the testing there, and not on your live site.

If you don’t want to go that route, then maybe try the Health Check Plugin. You can also set up debugging: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Debugging_in_WordPress

Or, lastly, you could use custom CSS to display:none.
