Store Notice Text

It needs to be styled with CSS to appear at the top. If it’s not styled, your theme may have forgotten to style it (if its a woocommerce theme).

I have already styled with custom CSS plugin. Nothing happens.

When I refresh the page, it appears on the top for a second, but then disappears.

I only see the Store Notice Text for a second when I am logged in as admin.

I see CSS rules in the shop-isle theme controlling this. Report to the theme author.
