I’ve got the same thing. When I click the “add a product” icon it adds the price and the sales pitch, but not the name of the product or the description.

Found the problem…
Your store link is : https://piratedoggy.com/store-4/
which is wrong it needs to be https://piratedoggy.com/store

That means your installtion is not correctly done.

Please delete all the pages and also remove from trash. Than uninstall the plugin and reinstall again.

It will generate the pages again. and your store link should appear
https://piratedoggy.com/store at that ..

It will work finely after that.
