Store Page of Vendors

Hi Hamid,

Thanks for reaching out. It seems like the vendor shop page hasn’t created. You have to create this page manually. Here is the instruction:

1. Go to : wp-admin >> Pages >> Add new
2. Name the page as Shop Settings
3. Use the short code [shop_settings].
4. Update the page.

Then check if the issue has been solved. If this won’t help then please let us know.

Actually, Shop setting page works, but when I click on the shop (just below the vendor name), that page is not created. (see the second screenshot).

Thanks for screenshots, Hamid. Generally, the vendor shop page comes from WooCommerce archive template of the theme. To resolve the issue, please check whether the vendor shop name and slug is saving in the vendor profile (backend), as it is mandatory for this.

If you are still facing the issue then please deactivate all the plugins except WooCommerce and WC-Marketplace and check for the issue. As this can happen due to conflict with another plugin(s) which may use the same template.

Hi,
I’m having the same issue, the page you mentioned was created already and I tried disabling all plugins, but I am still getting the “page Not Found” message when clicking on the “Shop page”
