• Hello,

    * The store performance calculates the profit depending on the main currency, Which we are using the WooCommerce Multi-Currency plugin, the main currency is USD but all payments are with EGP now.

    * Another problem I don’t know if it is related to our theme or if you did that on purpose, The design of the admin dashboard changes the font changed we are using a Flatsome theme.

    * The store performance not working with Chrome on PC it’s showing an empty page but on my phone working fine (Updated Chrome to the latest version and cleared the cache it’s still empty but working with edge fine)

    * Another thing not related to the issues, Can you add Digital content in the categories, We are selling digital products.

    Hi Ahmed,
thanks a lot for your input ??

With regards to 1) currencies and 4) digital products – we will add these in our next release, end of the week.

With regards to 2) Font changes – yeah, that should not happen, we’ll fix this as part of the same release as well.

But for 3) Chrome issues – we tried to replicate this, but didn’t manage to. We always run Chrome ourselves as well, so far not a problem. But we’ll keep investigating this in the meantime.
One thing you could try is to disable the ‘fullscreen’ version of Shelf Planner in the ‘Forecast Settings’ where you can untick the box ‘enable full screen mode’.
Perhaps this does the trick until we find what caused this issue.

Please let me know if you have any other thoughts or requests.

I will get back to you as soon as we have released the updated version.

    Hi Ahmed,

we just released an updated version with a fix for Currencies and font fixes.

In the ‘Forecast Settings’ you can chose which currency to set as your default currency in the reporting. Let us know if this does the trick.-

We’re still trying to understand what causes the issues with Google Chrome, we have not been able to replicate it.
Any chance you can share an error log from JS console?

    Thanks again ??

    Hello @shelfplanner

First of all, thank you for your great support and your quick development of this great plugin.

    * You fixed the design problem, Now everything is fine.

    * But the currency problem is not solved as expected as you can see in the below screenshot, Wow I really wish to reach that net profit of 59273.96 L.E of Egyptian Pounds it means 59273/19.25 = 3079$ USD that’s huge for my business now ?? I wish really

Now let’s discuss this in detail, I am using the WooCommerce Multi-Currency plugin which I am using Google finance API to auto-update the difference between USD to EGP which our currency changing these days so quickly and I am adding 0.5 L.E extra on the real value so if the price changes are quick I should earn enough so I can buy new keys/codes without losing from my capital, Our default currency is USD which is our base of the currency plugin because it’s stable currency as you know.

Let’s take it deeper, We sold this month as you can see in the first screenshot 4 orders only 3 digital codes of 50 USA which the Unit Cost Price 43.25$ which is an old price, by the way, it will be much more than that these days ^_^ so we sell that in 50$ USD in Egyptian pounds by multiplying in 19.25 EPG it will be 962.5 L.E the difference 50$-43.25$ = 6.75$ = 129 L.E that’s our earning of that code by multiplying in 3*129 = 389 L.E that’s the real earning, for sure not a real profit too because there are the payment gateway fees from the whole amount, but let’s keep it that way $cost-$sell_price = $net_profit.

    Hello,

    Hello @shelfplanner

I didn’t hear from you for a long time about the same issue I am having and it’s really annoying.

    https://ibb.co/LRFRQx8

The cost is 55$ and the net profit is 243.13$ it doesn’t make sense, I think you didn’t understand my last comment above, I was making fun of the cost and net profit numbers.

If you need any help from my side I will be glad to give you a hand.
