• I recently updated to 4.5 (lat night) and I woke up today with messages from potential customers saying my store isn’t working.

    I can choose an item and then choose a quantity but when I click “add to cart” and then it says “Please choose product options…” No matter what I choose and what option it says to choose an option and my cart is empty =(

    It looks like your theme has some javascript issues that could be causing this problem. I would encourage you to contact the author of theme and let them know that they need to update line 136 of enfold/js/avia.js to use a proper selector. As the jQuery documentation states for attribute selector “Attribute values in selector expressions must follow the rules for W3C CSS selectors; in general, that means anything other than a valid identifier should be surrounded by quotation marks.”

    is this something I can login and add? I tried to contact the theme creator and it’s a site that won’t allow me to create a ticket without a receipt from one of their paid themes, but this one wasn’t. So frustrating and a whole day went by loosing orders =(

    it’s ENFOLD from themetree
    I just purchased a copy for myself and updated but STILL the problem is occurring. I am going to contact the theme customer service.

    Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

    Argh, I’m having the exact same issue but with Bridge theme. maybe it’s not a theme problem if we are both getting it on different themes?

    woocommerce. I just purchased the [removed] theme for myself =( I couldn’t wait to try and get the original guy to fix it. I fear he was stealing it anyways. I think it’s working. It was definitely the theme issue after the wordpress update last night that I did.

    Initially it sounded theme-specific, but if two of your are using WooCommerce with different themes, well I guess we’d have to lean towards WooCommerce then.

    Is it working well for you now? What did they fix?

    There is was a 4.5 compatibility fix on 12th April for Enfold. If you have the license, update to the latest version of the theme. If you don’t have the license, I suggest you getting one. By the way, the theme is available at themeforest, not themethree.
