store value in contact form db and page redirect

hi guys hope you are fine,
there is two question for me.please anyone let me.

1) i create the contact form plugin now i want to store data in contact form db. data is showing on contact form DB but the problem is that only show a single row in contact form DB not all the rows how i can solve this issue

2) second is that i want to redirect post after successfully submission
