Storefront sales pop up not showing in customizer

  • Storefront Pro Sales Pop, not showing in customizer?, please can you help.
    Would also like to know if this can be used in the widget area of woocommerce?
    For Brand new websites is it possible add fake product buys to start?
    add name,location, city of who and where products were sold?
