Storing data to mailchimp and order details doesn’t work

    Hello, I am using this plugin. I have created two additional fields – gender and birthdate (the shop is selling a tickets to a race event). However, after sending the order, those two additional fields are not visible in order detail, I have checked the checkbox, so they should be visible there, but they’re not.
    Also I am using MC4WP with custom code snippet to save additional fields to mailchimp. While order is payed via direct bank pay, everything is OK. But when a customer pay via PayPal Express, additional fields are not stored in Mailchimp.

    In order details, there are no data, either via direct bank pay, or via PayPal Express

    Hi, update. This plugin works only via direct bank pay. With PayPal Express plugin, additional data are not stored in database. Maybe because of redirecting to PayPal site? But it must by a way how to fix that issue? Please, it’s very urgent for me.

    If you want to save the custom fields, you will have to enable the option “Review page”. In order to enable the same please navigate to plugin settings and uncheck Skip Review Page option. This would prompt the user to review the details after passing through PayPal.

    However, we could see that the option is not working at the moment. They might have made some changes to the code. So we request you to contact the support team of PayPal express plugin and let us know if there is anything ?needs to be done from our side.
