Storing outbound emails in “sent” folder on server

    Hello,

    Apparently, messages sent by SMTP are not stored on server, in account’s “sent” folder.
    Is there a way for storing somewhere those message sent out by SMTP (except in logs of course)?

  • Hi John,

    I apologize for any confusion. When you’re setting up SMTP with a specific mailbox account, you’re sending the emails from your site on the behalf of this email address. You might need to contact your hosting support for the storage of the emails in the account’s ‘sent’ directory. The Pro version of the plugin does store all the emails on your server’s database and can be viewed from within your WordPress dashboard.
