Strage files in my WordPress

    Hello:

    I have installed iThemes Security plugin and detected change files, last change was a global.php file in wp-includes/certificates folder.

    the file was enconde, then I deleted.

    how to prevent this security problem ?

    I have WordPress and pluginss updated
