    Dear team,

I have been using your plugin quite a while and it is a great and reliable work! Thank you!

After the recent Astra/ Spectra update from Brainforce I unfortunately cannot activate the plugin anymore. On post screen it is strangely messing around with paddings/ margins, resulting in destroying the entire design of the posts (after activating).

I tried to get my hands on this alone, but as my capabilities are very restricted, I failed. I wonder whether I am the only one experiencing this, as Astra is a very popular theme? Any insight are highly appreciated! I also reached out to Astra team who were very kind in nailing it down to the plugin itself. I then also excluded any plugin interference ( i have only 8 in total running from which one is “Top Ten”).

Let me know if you would like to have access to my backend! I would also be more than willingly help as I love Top 10, and donate in order to keep it going!

Thanks and have wonderful and productive weekend!

Adding shortly: after trying the recent (today’s) Top Ten update, output behavior stays the same (extreme padding/ margin) on post format (where the widgets are active in sidebar), but also a critical error is being thrown out in the content area where the content should be displayed.

Can you tell me what error you see in the sidebar?

And, separately, can I see a screenshot of the CSS errors you are seeing?

Which version of Astra are you using?

    Ajay,

I will drop you the screenshots as soon as I am home again. Actually, I deleted the widget from sidebar, but the critical error remains in content area. I will keep you up to date! Cheers from Chile!

    Hello Ajay,

I made the screen shots and had a deeper look into the problem! Activating the plugin is possible as long as I do not put the widget in the sidebar. I can actually display the number of views by php in the posts, it′s possible, as you see in the posts: dschilepodcast.cl. As soon as I put the widget online, it throws a critical error. I use the most recent versions of Astra and Spectra!
    I uploaded the images here!

I also excluded any other plugin, if you need anything else just let me know, I could also give you backend credentials!
    Greetings from Chile!

I’m also having same issue like this with a wordpress theme enfold.

Will you be able to try this beta version to see if it fixes things?

    https://github.com/WebberZone/top-10/releases/tag/v3.2.1-beta1

I’ve got Astra as well but haven’t been able to replicate this at all so wondering if it is the plugin bug that I fixed in v3.2.1 that’s causing this issue.

@ajay Looks lIke the above release is working properly to the Enfold Theme.

    Thank you for the support!

Thank you for confirming. I’ve got another big bug to fix and then will have this officially in the repository.

@ajay I’ve got one issue in the new release. It only shows the default blog post not the custom post types. Even if you specifically exclude the categories (in the settings) you don’t want to see, it’s still showing in the front end.

    Could you check please?
