Strange behaviour

    Hi there, im experiencing some strange behaviour trying to implement Boxzilla.
    On two sites, the same results…which i cannot understand…

    Could you have a look?

    Symptoms:

    – popup displays directly, does not wait for the amount of seconds given.
    – popup is impossible to get rid of, the X doesnt hide it, at all.

    Hi,

    Yes we offer support, but we always give Premium support (for paying clients) the highest priority. So if we are busy the free support has to wait sometimes.

    I see the pastbin URL is not working anymore. Can you post it again?
    Are you on the latest version of the plugin?
