Strange behaviour of statistic (suspected wrong open rate, 90% at same time)

  • Hello, I’m using the premium plugin with Amazon SES. Newest update allways. I did send out a newsletter and seen in statistics that 90% (!) of people who received did open at exact same time stamp (same minute even!). Also there is abnormal high open rate 48% but realistic click rate. The newsletter was cloned several times. What can be the reason for this. Previous newsletter did give exact results (from point of experience). To make this more clear: List has 78 subsribers. 1. newsletter was 6.5% / 5% open/click rate, second newsletter (other design nd content, but cloned from a sending before to an other list) has 48% / 1.5% open/click rate and there 90% of those who did open at exact same time stamp.
