Hi, we installed your plugin, thanks for it, it is a great plugin. We are experiencing a strange behaviour when we have a user that SELECT that he want to pay with COD, but actually the user didn’t confirm the order yet, and after a few minutos woocommerce CANCEL it automatically. The curious thing is that your plugin mark the order as RECOVERED but it is not: it was cancelled by woocommerce. So, do we have a wrong configuration? or do we need something else to know? thank you very much

A screen recording explaining the issue would be really helpful in replicating the same.

Hello @angelolazzari,

We have tried replicating the scenario but when we tried the order status changed to cancel and we do not see the order marked as recovered, please refer to this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/g1NWYu.

Could you please confirm do you have any order staus changing plugins active on your website.
