Strange behaviour with excerpt functionality

I have noticed a very strange behaviour with the geolocation plugin activated. I use the block that uses the excerpt as paragraph. With geolocation deactivated all pages and posts shows their own excerpt.
When geolocation is activated all pages and posts use the same excerpt that comes from this post: https://tellerrandstories.de/reise/dushanbe-seidenstrasse/
In the post I have used the text (in the source code <meta property=”og:description” content=”Duschanbe blickt auf eine lange Tradition des Handels zurück. Der Name, der Stadt an der legend?ren Seidenstra?e bedeutet Montagsmarkt.” />) with the excerpt block as the last paragraph.

Because this bahaviour is so embarrassing I can only activate the plugin on request during a short period if someone wants to check
