Strange blank image issues

    Hi,

    Really love the plugin. However, I’m having some issues. I noticed that when I active shortpixel CDN, images turn blank, in particular on the index page for some reason. It also seems to be related to the “content views plugin” although on other pages, these images appear as they should.

    Now, when I uncheck “optimize java code”, the images show up fine and no weird inconsistencies.

    Really not sure what to do since unchecking that box lowers my google page speed score quite a lot.

    In Wp Rocket cache plugin, if I activate “Minify JavaScript files” and “Load JavaScript deferred”, images work well.

    hey danniee ;
    some questions:
    * do you have lazyload active as well? if so, does the problem also occur with lazyload off?
    * have you tried excluding the “content views” JS from AO JS optimization?
    * do you see JS errors on the browser console when things break?

    Hi guys!

    Yes it happens when lazy load is off as well. I have not tried excluding the content views js. Not really sure exactly what to put in the field.

    I have not seen any js errors. Not sure what browser console is tbh :/

    re. excluding: try adding plugins/content-views-query-and-display-post-page/ to the comma-separated JS optimization exclusion list?

    Hi and thank you for your kind help!

    Adding that line did nothing. I had high hopes it would help since that is the only plugin that seems affected on my index page.

    Is there a way to share the url in private? Thank you.

    fixed by excluding jquery (although some images were not optimized as the content views images do not have an image URL in the <img src=).
