Hi, i have a strange bug when installing the plugin. The Settings page don’t show nothing and the console message show 404 error. It seem that he can’t find the ressources. I’ve checked the path and :

    https://website1/wp-content/plugins/home/www/website2/wp-content/plugins/wp-user-manager/vendor/alessandrotesoro/wp-optionskit/dist/static/css/app.css?ver=1.0.5

And i think it should be :

    https://website1/wp-content/plugins/wp-user-manager/vendor/alessandrotesoro/wp-optionskit/dist/static/css/app.css?ver=1.0.5

The problem is that the path point to another wordpress directory in the server. Note that i have installed the plugin in the website2 and it work fine. I know it’s a problem with the server’s configuration. But i never had this kind of problem until now. I have tested fix such as “define content url” in the wp-config.php. But i don’t work.

    Hi there,

Apologies for late reply, I’ve been on holiday.

Regarding your issue, when you open the console, do you see any other errors related to files not being properly located or does it only refer to wp-optionskit?

Hi, yes, lot of files display a location’s issue :

I’m afraid I can’t fix the issue then. All those files there are also loaded from third party libraries. All libraries rely on WordPress to identify the correct path, if the path retrieved is wrong, it’s high likely the issue is with your server and I can’t fix the issue since we’re just using native WP’s functionalities.

My suggestion is to double check the plugin has been correctly uploaded to your host or re-upload the plugin, if the issue persists you’d might need to get in touch with your host and explain them the issue.
