Strange changes in files

  • Hello,
    My security plugin has detected a change in the file /includes/wpua-options-page.php. This change does not look a virus, but is strange. Please, could you confirm me the root cause of this issue??

    Please, this is urgent because there is an infection in the same time, and I am looking for the root cause.
