Strange Character on Email when Using Bahasa Indonesia

Hi, I use Bahasa Indonesia on WP.
When customer receiving email notifications, there are strange characters on different places. Examples:

https://prntscr.com/9e6gveThese are found on gmail but not on Yahoo mail.Probably it has something to do with encoding. But I don’t know what to do to fix it.
I use a fresh install WP and WooCommerce.
