Strange characters in the title of a post

  • Hello. Can you give me a hand. From the penultimate update of WordPress I have the following problem. When I copy a title from a foreign site and paste it directly into the title field of my site, I get weird characters. This happens in all languages. I didn’t have this problem before. The only solution and every time before I put text on my site, to go through NotePad.
