Strange code in email… html?

    @goldengate,

    The [av_image] shortcode is coming some other plugin or theme and which is why you are seeing it in under your images? From which plugin or theme it is coming?

    Thanks… it is coming from the Enfold theme, which is one of the top 10 WordPress themes in existence. It happens with you use their “Avia Layout Builder” instead of the standard text editor when creating a post.

    Can you remove that code from the image and then have a check?

    The issue is that the Avia Page Builder adds all the shortcodes.. not possible to remove. You might want to work with the Enfold theme developers (Kriesi) as they have a huge support network / forum and could probably work with you to see why the two aren’t working together correctly.

    If I contacted them, they would just tell me it’s a plugin compatibility issue and send me back to you… ??

    This is still an issue and I’ll have to stop using this plugin if we cannot resolve.
