    Please could you let us know the exact shortcode that is on your WordPress page when you edit it?

    i.e. [gview …]

    My guess is that you are supplying the full URL to your file within Google Drive. If you go to the drive.google.com URL you listed above, you’ll notice you get a toolbar and a few other things around the screen. So when the Google Doc Viewer tries to obtain your file, it gets all of the toolbar etc and not the actual pptx file at all.

    There should be ways around this, but you are most likely to get better results in the long run if you try our Google Drive Embedder plugin instead. This takes a little bit more set up, but is easier for locating and sharing files that are stored in Google Drive.
