Strange design

When using the plugin on one of my client sites it looks like this: https://easyupload.io/dkhcy1
And also the bar doesn′t show on the header even if I chose it to be in the header it shows like plain text in the footer. See here: https://easyupload.io/riwt7b
How come ? What can I do to fix it ?
